MF Analysis is a research platform built for Indian retail investors who want to go beyond star ratings. We aggregate NAV data, compute risk-adjusted metrics, build quartile rankings, and present everything in a clean, data-first interface — completely free of charge.
Our philosophy is simple: data over narratives. We believe every investor deserves access to institutional-quality fund research without a subscription fee or paywall.
📦 What We Cover
We intentionally focus on a subset of the AMFI universe — the plans that actually matter for long-term wealth creation:
Regular plans, IDCW/dividend variants, Close-Ended schemes, and Interval funds are excluded platform-wide. Read our blog → to understand the philosophy.

MF Analysis is completely free to use. No subscription, no premium tier, no ads. All research tools — screener, portfolio tracker, quartile rankings, calculators — are available to every visitor.
The platform is not open-source. The codebase, models, and data pipelines are proprietary.
📊 Data Sources
NAV data is sourced from AMFI and mfapi.in. Benchmark index data is sourced from NSE Direct API and Yahoo Finance as a fallback. Portfolio overlap and holdings data is sourced from Morningstar and fund house disclosures. All data is updated on Indian business days.
