1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MF Analysis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial research and educational purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any data or content from the Platform without prior written consent. Automated bots, crawlers, or mass download tools are prohibited.

3. Not Investment Advice

All content on MF Analysis — including scores, rankings, quartile badges, returns, and recommendations — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial planning, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Always consult a SEBI-registered advisor.

4. Accuracy of Data

We strive for data accuracy but cannot guarantee that all NAV figures, returns, or metrics are error-free or up-to-date at all times. Data is sourced from publicly available repositories (AMFI, NSE, mfapi.in). You should verify critical data independently before making any decision.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, models, scoring algorithms, and analytics pipelines, is proprietary. MF Analysis is not open-source. Reverse engineering, copying, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MF Analysis and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
